I actually have lots of spreads saved to my computer. I'm just not sure which ones I can repost here for you due to copyright purposes. A lot of places repost those by unknown people and the spreads by Arthur Edward Waite, so I reckon I can safely follow suit.

Asking Questions of the Cards
Let me give one earnest word of warning — never offer to pretend to "foretell the Future"; that is impossible. As far as we know, there is no definite, fixed, or rigid Future for any one of us — all you can do is to point out how the subject is drifting; how he or she is likely to be placed or affected; whether a certain thing, desirable or unpleasant, is likely to come about — never that it will come about.
Free will is the key-note of all Dame Nature's efforts, and every one of us is master of his own Destiny, within the limitations of his own personality. Bear that clearly in mind when you read the cards. Never state that a thing will happen, but that it appears probable in the present course of affairs. For instance, if an illness is indicated, it may in many cases be avoided altogether, or greatly modified in its effects, if reasonable care and precaution are taken. It is just the same with people and affairs — we need not drift their way, if we choose to struggle against them.
— Charles Platt
It is generally not advisable to ask the tarot cards a yes/no question, or at least questions that remove your free will. Tarot is about guidance and advice, not orders and absolutes. In example, instead of asking the cards if you "should" change jobs, ask the cards "what would happen if" you changed jobs. Expound and expand on the question, ask for advice and clarity on the situation. Don't ask to be told what to do.
Most people like to use the entire deck when doing a reading. Personally, I like Miss Madeline Montalban's method of dividing the deck and keeping to a specific suit depending on the question. Cups/Hearts for love, Pentacles/Diamonds and Wands/Clubs for finances, etc.
